Service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change based on scheduling, property size, and job scope. We reserve the right to refuse or adjust services if unsafe or unsanitary conditions exist, or if the service requested falls outside our scope of work.
3. Quotes and Bookings
3.1 Estimates
All quotes provided by phone, email, or through our website are based on the information you provide at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may change if actual site conditions, square footage, or service requirements differ from what was initially described.
3.2 Deposits
Some services—particularly large-scale or specialty projects—may require a deposit (typically 30%) to confirm your booking. Deposit terms, including refundability, will be clearly outlined at the time of scheduling.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may qualify for a full or partial refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may result in a forfeited deposit or service fee.
3.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations, last-minute rescheduling, or failure to provide access to the property may result in a fee or loss of deposit.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon service completion unless a prior written agreement is made.
- We accept major credit cards, checks, and approved digital payment methods.
- Returned checks or declined payments may result in additional fees.
- Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may incur late fees, interest, or collection actions.
All pricing is quoted in U.S. dollars and subject to applicable local or state taxes.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure efficient and safe service, you agree to:
- Provide safe, unobstructed access to the service location.
- Secure or remove valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings from the cleaning area.
- Inform us in advance of any special cleaning requirements, such as allergies, pet considerations, or surface sensitivities.
- Ensure power, water, and lighting are available during service.
Edge Pros is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to property, furniture, or flooring.
- Damage to items that were not disclosed or improperly installed.
- Conditions beyond our control, such as weather or access restrictions.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not fully satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to inspect and resolve the issue promptly, which may include a re-clean or adjustment.
We may request photos or documentation of the concern. Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a complimentary return visit.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edge Pros, LLC and its employees shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of income, data, or personal property.
- Delays or service interruptions caused by weather, traffic, power outages, or unforeseen events.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the total amount paid for that specific service.
